Do You Eat During Training?
I will eat breakfast and normal before so I will not be under fueling that's not. sometimes I would be fasting for example over the night and then do a hard session the day after without any fuel but that's more specific for if you are doing a ultra or like protein like breakdown or like a dissertration - pure fat adaptation. Stay like 12 hours or 15 hours or 20 hours without well but that will be very similar to the end of our culture how my body will be feeling yes right exactly yeah understandably then you know they will.
