The pair co-founded the Organizational Culture and Leadership Institute and have collaborated on several books, including two in the Humble Leadership series. Asking questions and actively listening to the answers is a foundational skill for everyone in the healthcare space. Unfortunately, in a world of accelerating change, we often find ourselves doing and telling rather than asking and listening.
