What's in a Hot Dog?
Linda's grandmother made albondigas for her grandfather when he'd come home from the hardware store. Chilte peen chilies amp up the heat quite a bit so you can crumple and sprinkle them over your food they don't add much of their own flavor but they do add a lot of heat. The dish was light and fresh and super delicious um I'd never heard of it before which are which are native to the desert and ancient.
