It's nice to have a new, sort of, like, e, something else to focus on alongside the training. And do you see it making any difference that you reduce it, ti, once a week? Do you still think you're going toe get vacio, same outcomes as you always have? Oh, yes, not at all. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if i, you know, i, i would very much doubt that i would see any noticeable changes in strength or body composition,. Even going down to training once every fortnight, even once a month is enough for maintenance.
