What Do You Do With All This Knowledge?

Breathalyser: 30 minutes of breath work is a pretty serious commitment am, i think. But it's duable. Certainly is zero cost, except for the timeor in most cases. I find i get tremendous benefit by relatively short periods, between five and maybe 20 minutes of doing box breathing. It's very simple to do. What i tell my friends is, just try it, five or ten minutes, see if you feel better. Doit for a few days. If you don't like it, stop it. And invariably, they find at it's helpful.
