How to Deal With Anxiety
Anxiety is the gap between where you are and where you think you should be. When you put a name to something, you're able to compartmentalize that thing,. You're actually able to process that thing and understand it better. So try and name what's on your mind. There are studies that have been done around people naming their emotions when they're in a state of fear.
