How to Adapt Training as You Age

A lot of distance runners peak early in their twenties. As we age, our elasticity will start to go a little bit are like our natural kind of power and speed. However, there isn't that same decrease in your aerobic potential as you get older. That's why you see people do well at the longer distances in trail running because you're a aerobic base.
