Kristen Armstrong is a three-time Olympic gold medalist, two-time world champion and has won six US national championships. She was part of a military brat and moved every three years of her life to different places in the U.S., including Idaho where she walked on the track team. "I didn't enjoy it, didn't have much fun, had a lot of injury, had some stress fractures," says Kristen.
