The Role of Loss of Proteins in Muscle Damage
When we get to muscle damage and we have an actual loss in myofibrils. Yeah, that's the critical defining feature of muscle damage. We're actually using myofibril. They're being taken away and then replaced. So yeah, absolutely, there's going to be this kind of disorganization that occurs. But you know, ultimately, I think the defining feature of a muscle damage process is loss of actual proteins.
