You probably shouldn't be selling to regulated banks as your first, like unless you're in that industry. Because there's a lot of risk for you too. You need to interview your early customers too to make sure they're not going to backfire on you. And finally, you really have to understand the dynamics and the incentives within the company,. Do they want to get promoted? Or they just not want to get fired? If not, wait to sell to them until later, until you're bigger.
