How to Strengthen Your Running Body

We need calf work, plantar flexor work. 50% of that propulsion for our running gate comes from below the knee. By the time we get to 60, we've lost 30% of propulsive force when we run. So every runner out there needs to be doing some quality calf strength exercises. We need quadricep abilities and lateral hip capacity.
