The Serendipitous Moments
The more that you can connect your customers to other customers, it's actually a benefit. I think of those as like those serendipitous moments, right? When a customer, when one customer comes in, they see another customer. So our community is actually specifically for the persona per se, but equally it's like closed off in terms of that there is an application process in review. Each one is manually and personally viewed as part of it.
