We all have hidden commitments that we formed based on experiences, or even based on the assumptions and beliefs we have. And so it's really important to observe your behavior as an example. What is the hidden commitment that is actually leading to that self sabotage? So for example, I assume if I'm not eating, I will be awkward in groups. This is a big aspect of becoming adaptive. It's also about becoming psychologically flexible. All progress starts by telling the truth. Courage is the doorway to change.
