How Deep Breaths Reduce Anxiety
If we were genuinely relaxed, which is hard to come by these days, we would breathe in a particular way where it's slow, deep, diaphromatic breathing. And so the brain believes that and physically puts our body into a relaxation response. The breath is also significant to anxiety in that if for whatever reason, your you have a compromised ability to breathe, well, this can be an underlying factor for anxiety.
