The Military Class
For about two and a half thousand years, there has been the idea of a military classad it often coincided with an aristocracy. The military were the people who had been rewarded for their service to a originally people like char by being given great estates on which they could maintain themselves. And the whole of europe was degenerating and deteriorating into a lawless, bilico anarchic society.
