How to Approach a Muscle Gaining Phase
Back in the day, bulking meant you were doing like 1000 to 1000 calories over maintenance. If I approached a lean gaining phase now, it'd be a bulk color to bulk because I wouldn't call that a bulk. Chris: The degree that muscle can be synthesized maximally should be set at 10 grams a day. That's probably being on the generous side as if you talk in a two month phase, that's a pound and a half of muscle.
