I noticed that the calmer I stay, the more relaxed the leash is in my hand. The calmer my dogs on the quicker they listen to me. So applying that in my self reflection of the colliding boundary or just self reflection in general has helped so much. And then you go through the neuro cycle. When you go through this five step system, each step is doing amazing things in your mind brain body connection. Gather awareness, reflect, write, recheck and active reach.
