How to Minimize Biases in the Interview Process

"I think from my standpoint my main take-home points would be how to minimize some of the biases that may go along and the actual processes," she says. "So I'm a very big believer in blinding most and not all of your actual interviewers to test scores uh but again depending on  having one who's blind one's unblinded" She adds, "If you don't it then turns into who debates better um and that may not necessarily make the better resident for your program necessarily so those would be my kind of main take home points'"
