I respond very well to morning intermittent fasting so my first meal will be at like two and then I make sure to do the workouts relatively shortly afterwards. The timing in terms of stimulating protein balance is actually really good, he says. on the side though it is the two meals a day for personal preference or some other health based reasons  for youYeah I think it might have health benefits but most importantly I don't Like meal prepping I don't like spending time eating food I enjoy really big meals so it's just really convenient for me.
