Is There a Role of Inflammation After Exercise?

Inflammation is a really, really key step in the process of muscle adaptation and repair. If we're trying to dampen that natural inflammatory response after exercise, it might not be beneficial depending on what your performance goal is. So reducing blood flow, great, we reduce inflammation. But also,What does that mean? Well, it actually means we're going to reduce oxygen delivery as well. We’re going to reduce nutrient delivery. It's going to reduce the ability to remove the metabolites in the muscle that we don't want anymore,. Any damaged bits of tissue. Yeah. I also, this might be coming from, in fact, is coming from a very simplistic understanding.
