Gina Nelson: I grew up in a family where my well let's just say my family did not acknowledge mental health as as something they would seek out. My mom chose not to do any work to do with her anxiety so she mastered it with alcohol and so there was just a lot of unpredictability anxiety in that household growing up. Gina says we all can reserve the right to get support to make changes and to speak up because we all can push past the ways that your experience might be looked down on or explained away.
