How to Maximize Time for Everyone
Giving people 24 to 48 hours to consider an idea that they're going to be talking about in a meeting can really help it sounds like. Be clear about what it is they want to share about their reflections or whatever it is that you've asked them to do. It's even more helpful to give them, in addition to whatever the reading is, questions to consider. Give people super clear instructions on pre-work so that they have the capacity to digest it and come in prepared.
