Do You Track Your Dieting History?
You can't just eat twenty bags of lettuce consecutively to where it really adds up. Overtime, if you do this for six months a year, you'll pretty easily hone in on what your true coloric intake should be. Your weight and body five per centage is the most important factor when trying to lose or maintain weight. The only way to do it, i guess, would be to overtime track your celoric intake and see what happens with your weight,. My weight went up by one pound each of the last four weeks. I'm probably at a slight surplusye, my maintenances may be like sixteen fifty, seventeen hundred, somewhere in there....
