Real Estate Developers - What's the Average Cost of a Project?

There's high stakes really to put these types of spaces on a roof because one cost and my ability right so let me pause you there real quick because there's a bunch of software developers listening who don't remotely approach this level of risk with their aspects. So how what's a typical budget that a developers come into the table with and how common is it for the for them to be have unrealistic expectations around the total cost of the entire project.
