Are You Making Fun of Your Staff?

I view it as a sign of intelligence if somebody makes fun of me. I just want to make sure that we create a workplace that is not so precious that it's not fun to work in. And also creating trust. So first, I think you making fun of yourself and like validating when people make fun of you creates a certain level of trust at that level. But then also them trusting each other. To what extent are they having the chance to do all the things that build trust? We know whether it's social activities outside of work or, you know, within work. These are the things we know that, that drive up trust.
