In an ideal world, what do you recommend fish? I'd recommend fish. Oily salmon, mackerel, sardines, herring is rich in omega three. The cheapest fish oils you can get are about 30% omega three EPA and DHA 70% other fats. If we could put away all those other issues around fish, that's the way I'd go.
