I really love actual pair programming as a technical exercise, more so than a tes or Tako. The most important thing that you can have on a soffer development team is collaboration and cooperation. I think it's just being realistic about how they want to show up in this world. And i'd rather a strong engineer wants to work with me verses the most bad ass engineer of all time.
