A number I've been hearing a lot of recently is six hours. That's the recommendation for how long to wait before reloading your connective tissues. You only need about 15 to 30 minutes of loading too so you don't need a lot of loading but it needs to be separated and that's both from cell signaling but also from rehydrating and refueling the muscle.
