How to Build a Dedicated Integration Team
I've seen so many organizations where there is no IMO, there is no real dedicated integration team. What should that look like building it out? Do you go from zero to really building a full deck team or can you start with one person and say alright let's see what resources they need as they progress on the volume of deals they're doing. As early as possible ideally during the management conversation if not at least when we have a two-part machine. I've been in a situation where integration leads have been driving diligence.
