People think that this will mean you going to get it wrong more often. Its actually the opposite. When you make a mistake and you beat yourself up, you're going to be anxious. You become afraid of failure. But if you're warm and supportive and you say, ok, everyone fail. What can i learn from thi situation? Then you're actually more able to grow and change next time.
