Is There a Number of Animal Suffering?

The slave trade was far worse for the individual because of the sheer number and the fact that it's likely to continue. The 74 billion animals that are currently raised in slowly for each year isn't even close not even close true. I'm not prepared to say whether that number has already passed whether whether it's worse or if we've done more harm than good by our speciesism attitude.
