Roland Freier and Steve Leva's research found that your name doesn't affect your economic outcome. But you can certainly imagine a circumstance wherein Le Tanya Sweeney, before she got hired at Harvard, might have suffered the consequences of her name if an HR person was googling her. And we will look at the naming patterns among conservative families, which tend to be pretty conservative, and liberal families.
