How Do You Measure the Effectiveness of Your One on Ones?
How do you gauge the effectiveness of your one on ones? If I feel that we're having a good conversation and a good connection, then I think that kind of the immediate goal of the meeting is being met. One way to measure this too is they do upward manager surveys. So those manager surveys are like an objective measure. And then for me, more subjective, just how is the meeting going? Or did they seem happy with it? Do they seem engaged, you know, in the meeting? Are they kind of distant and not really,you know, happy with the meeting? That would be the other part.
