I think that the problem has always been present, but we're in a time where the amount of information that we're absorbing, we can't keep up with. I don't necessarily think it's a tech problem. It's a we're trying to take shortcuts and abbreviate and make our lives simpler. And so obviously the title for today is how do we humanize this? How do we not act like we're talking to a fifth grader, but put in language that even a fifth-grader would be able to understand?"
