I think it's important to condition ourselves psychologically when we're a bit younger because let's face it, as we get older, we look worse. We are not always going to look as shredded and jacked and awesome as we did when we were in our 20s. And so the more that we can continue to look very good for our age, look fit and have a great physique, but again, keeping in mind that it's not going to always be the same. You got to manage expectations appropriately.
