How Do You Predict What Your Fourth Exercise Is Going to Be?

I think the awareness of just trying to figure that out is the first step for that, because what I've found with most is three weeks seems to be what everybody's kind of fallen into. And some, some multi-play guys, I know that the compression and the load so high, that I've known some that only squat once a month. So it's one week on three off, basically. Now they're doing other shit,. where one of the hang ups I had when I was younger, and your 70s big was a lot of like how I trained was that those were the people that were kind of helping me with from that.
