Your exhale is a release into the earth and your inhale is an absorption of the gift of clean energy into your heart. As it washes over you, like a scan from top to bottom, cleaning you with each exhale. Now that you're being filled with new energy and releasing much of the old energy, we'll add our third and final layer into this. Down, further down. And now we add in one more layer. After you exhale, your anxiety down into the ground. On your inhale, you inhale the nourishment, the regenerated feelings of that earth and you breathe in to your body, into your heart's face.
