Planning - A Win for Planning and Intention

If planning helps us intentionally manage these precious assets of our time, our energy, our attention and so on, were that much more likely to end up creating a life that's in alignment with our values. If we want to live up to the ideal of being an avid reader, but our leisure hours are filled with netlixs, we might look up one day and realize how many books have gone unread. That sounds like a win for planning and intention. And our realizations would leave ben franklin proud. I' sure.
