The Growth Mind Set Is So Important

Growth mind set is giving people the room to learn from their mistakes. If you point out someone who's made a bias comment, if you don't have any expectation that they'll change ther then you're basically shaming them and punishing them. The other which aure retaliating, which, of course, we often reflectively think, well, maybe that'll help. And then the third is suppressing what you're feelingteus about each and why it makes it worse.
