In act we call that rather than mindset, we would call that like psychological flexibility. So it's same thing that I think we're talking about. We can hold ourselves lightly and then move towards what's important in the presence of all that. The word acceptance is tricky, but we are moving towards acceptance. And if you are too scared to take a risk because you feel not good enough or don't look right your relationships will suffer.
