In your book, you introduce a concept which is the data. You also talk about five lenses now you say this isn't hard to understand from someone for somebody who's not from a technical background. Maybe you could just break those down for us. What do you mean by the data cube and what are these five lenses? We're not good at visualizing three dimensional data. So if you think about most of the reports that we received in an organization, what we're doing is focusing perhaps on the performance of products over time.
