Non-irrigidicity happens when you have irreversible consequences. In this case, the reversible consequence is learning, and that's a positive consequence. So there are some cases in life where you want to increase non-irrigidity. For example, if you bake a cake 10 times, the first few will be bad, but then you also get some good cakes. And one of the lessons of your book that I really like is how important timing is.
