Multi threading can be very effective when done properly. It's important to understand that the person you're talking to is like four or five, six layers removed oftentimes from the user of your product. So it's just really helpful for them to know what's going on and can save them a lot of time. If no one else is doing it, that means you're going to stand out. You're going to break through noise.
