For you to step into my practice and have an appointment with a TCO or a dentist, you've got to earn it as a patient. It's the new patient coordinator. That's her job. And we had an management meeting this morning and our TCO I think in the last two weeks are converted and it was 18 out of 21 of her consults. But that is testimony to our lead ninja.
