Dan: January is always a good time for a challenge. The rest of the time, you have to work with the way the body flows. We're gonna build tension in that easy strength stuff. And I think if you get your heart rate up to the inmate up number from the 1960s and 70s, 220 minus age, that's when you start to freak the body out. Where do you eat all the fat we can to survive this? So by gently nudging body fat, hey, why don't we get rid of this? It would be easier to walk without this?"
