Organic Foods
There's more omega-3 in organic meat, beef than non-organic. There's some evidence that the higher pila polyphenol counts in non-pesticide treated plants. And then there's been some epidemiology studies showing that people who had regular organic foods did have less heart disease and cancers. So it's not by far definitive, but I think the evidence is building that wasn't there a few years ago.
