How to Prepare for a Race
I was reading a very interesting opinion on the morning shakeout newsletter by Mario Froyoli. He said that all our big workouts should be at the B plus level, not necessarily a plus. I think that's good context and I like that idea. And maybe to other thoughts around the race itself is that we also put a taper in place, and we do freshen up. Sometimes you just have to do the best that you can on an average day.
