The Importance of Protein in the Diet

I'm not a fan of the carnivore diet, but I've got a lot of emails from people who are just eating meat and eggs and maybe some fish with that. And they share their blood work and all their biomarkers but yeah I look at it and say this is a calorie restriction effect,. They're eating this way and they're producing a calorie deficit. And, but I don't think we know the long term effects. Well no we do right we do. And, and they're not good you know, meaning that at least from epidemiological studiesright so in my book I talk about how to move away from one pillar of the type of science which is clinical trials.
