The Conservative Point of View on the Housing Economy

I think that when going after the conservative point of view is, listen, our economy, especially our housing economy needs flexibility. And we all know, hey, your parents lived in this big house and it got dirty and they couldn't move out. They need to move down the street to a two bedroom apartment where they can still be in the same community,. but they don't have the same property burden because they're 70 or even 60. Like we need, it's not about the house. It's about the community and about the stability of the community that's important.
