The Importance of Running for Bone Health

Chris: There's a few myths that I think just set the scene a little bit for the importance of this around, in particularly running and bone health. It wasn't until I picked up that I had, you know, low bone health several years ago with a diagnosis at 36 of osteoporosis in my spine that I spent the time looking at some literature and really diving deep on it. Chris: What we know with bone is it needs to be stoked. You know, bone and tendon, the cells come from the same lineage. So they need to have a pretty novel stimulus for them to react through mechanotransduction.
